In typical health coaching, the coach asks the client: “What are your goals? What gets in your way? Let’s talk about that.” Unfortunately, this can become repetitive and boring. I've developed a curriculum, a roadmap for progress. Each session creates quick wins. Quick wins encourage repeated healthy behaviors. As a person's identity shifts, they embody these new behaviors – even if in the past the changes didn't stick. The healthy choice becomes the easy choice and sport performance naturally improves with less struggle.
