Steve Fuchs, Health Coach (he/him)
Fifteen years of chaining myself to a desk had me tight, drowsy, and burnt out. Seemingly out of the blue, I had a neck spasm that laid me up in bed for three days. As painful as it was, I’m grateful for how hard that shook me. I resolved that our bodies' signs and symptoms are not bad. They are helpful. I live and coach that if we listen to our body whisper – and take action quickly – we won’t hear it scream later.
Enjoy doing hard things
I became a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in nutrition. I earned my second-degree black belt in Kempo Karate at age 45. I started snowboarding at age 46. I began participating in Spartan Races in my 50’s. One of my daughters co-captained her High School Cheerleading team to back-to-back state championships.
I built the clarity and habits that I will share with you to make deep, sustainable change possible. All aligned with your personal and performance goals.
