That’s way too late. It starts every day when they wake up. Every night when they go to sleep. And everything in between.
Below are a few examples from my series of 30 minute presentations for athletes (ages 13-18) which take a holistic approach to their wellbeing. These sessions are designed to open athletes’ eyes to how closely life habits and sport performance connect. I quickly establish rapport. I tap into their motivations and dreams. And before long, they are building skills and resiliency in each area.
