Youth sport specialization is becoming increasingly common. Is this in the child’s best interest? When is too soon to focus on one sport?

In this free, interactive workshop, Health Coach Steve Fuchs will help you weigh the pros and cons of concentrating on one sport vs. multiple sports.

Who can attend:
Youth athletes, ages 13–24 (novice to serious athletes)
Parents of kids any age... you can attend with or without your athlete and bring the information home!

This workshop is designed to help parents and kids better manage their expectations and their emotions in sports. By the end of the workshop, everyone will have tools to have fun in sports, no matter how well they do.
